Jennifer DeBord is a highly accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience in perioperative services and healthcare administration. She is recognized for her ability to lead teams through growth, strategic initiatives, and process improvements, all while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has successfully overseen complex surgical operations, spearheaded new service lines, and managed large teams across multiple healthcare settings. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in both patient outcomes and team performance.
Jennifer’s background includes roles as Administrative Director of Perioperative and Endoscopy Services and Clinical Manager of the Main Operating Room at The University of Kansas Health System, where she demonstrated a proven ability to manage operations, lead construction projects, and drive surgical growth. Her expertise also extends to education and training, where she has made significant contributions to advancing clinical competencies and improving the quality of care in the surgical environment.
Jennifer holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Baylor University, a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baker University School of Nursing.
