Executive Director of Perioperative Services placement at Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo

Whitman Partners congratulates Joe Jung who begins his new role at Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo as Executive Director of Perioperative Services.

Joe most recently served as the Perioperative Director at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center. His many accomplishments include huge strides in workplace safety, improvements in standardization and workflow, and implementing ethical principles of financial transparency. He has over 23 years of perioperative experience in a Level I Trauma setting and has worked hands-on in every department, starting his career as a CST in the Navy.

Joe has achieved his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Fullerton and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California Irvine. Joe is a southern California native and resides in Anaheim with his wife, Deanna, a nurse practitioner. Together they have four children and are active members in their church and community.
