Mark Twain Medical Center Hires New Director of Surgical Services
Whitman Partners placed Sandy Price as the Director of Surgical Services at Mark Twain Medical Center. The position, based in San Andreas, California, reports to the CNO. Previously, Ms. Price worked at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, Texas as the Peri-anesthesia Nurse Manager. In that position, she was responsible for 58 direct reports. Moreover, she led several initiatives, including establishing a fecal microbiota transplant program to assist patients with C.Diff infections.
Ms. Price has been working in the healthcare field since receiving her first Associate Degree in Nursing in 1991. She went on to earn her Bachelor and Master Degree in Nursing by 2014, both from Western Governors’ University.
Colin Mahoney, Client Partner at Whitman Partners, led the search. Colin started with Whitman Partners in 2014, when he returned to his home state of Oregon after being away for many years.
