Whitman Partners announced today that it placed Katie Carlson as the Administrator at Rush Surgicenter. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois. Previously, Ms. Carlson worked at United Surgical Partners International in Chicago, Illinois, as the Administrator. The search was conducted by Caitlin Anthony, Client Partner. She was assisted by Kent Van Vleet, Client Partner.
Ms. Carlson is a vice president of clinical operations and surgery center administrator with more than 10 years of experience in operations management, data analysis, and strategic planning. She has a proven record of significantly enhancing workflow and employee retention while improving patient satisfaction. As a driven leader, she is very adept at coordinating and directing monthly presentations, controlling budgets, and managing purchasing functions. She ensures compliance with government regulatory agencies and accreditation organizations.
