Meet Rachel Butt
Rachel Butt joined the Whitman Partners team in early 2017 as an Associate Portfolio Manager, assisting in recruitment and candidate support. In the Fall of the same year she joined the Interim Team, and now manages recruitment, deal administration, and candidate support of Whitman Partners travelling leadership and consulting department. Coming from a background of management and hospital administration, she loves the fast-paced environment and human connection her role allows.
Rachel moved to Portland, OR from Boston, MA in 2016, and lives in the Knob Hill district; known for its access to restaurants, great coffee, and greenery. In her free time she enjoys sitting at outdoor cafes with her dog, Sofie, antiquing, and traveling to Oregon’s coast.

- I have been abroad for the past five Halloweens
- I’ve been a vegetarian for six years, and have only had four hamburgers in my life
- My favorite was from In-N-Out
- I managed a Starbucks in college, and am a latte-art novice
- I aspire to obtain a pilot’s license; my landings are shaky but my takeoffs are adequate
