Meet Jules Sutter

Jules Sutter is a recruitment specialist with Whitman Partners, having joined the team in February 2024 after a dynamic career spanning non-profit management and tech recruitment.

Originally from Chesterton, Indiana, Jules is proud to be a lifelong Hoosier, growing up deeply involved in sports and spending summers at the Indiana Dunes on Lake Michigan. She pursued her passion for sports at Indiana University, where she earned degrees in Sport Management and Marketing.

Jules’s professional journey began in the non-profit sector, where she dedicated five years to community engagement and development. Her evolving passion for people led her to a career shift into recruitment, starting at GXO Logistics. Eventually, this path brought her to Portland, Oregon, where she embraced the challenges of tech recruitment. Her skills and potential were recognized by Whitman Partners, who have provided her with a supportive platform to excel and grow.

Outside of work, Jules is likely to be found enjoying a sports game, diving into a good book, or exploring the best local eateries, especially pizza places. She also treasures outdoor activities, hiking in the summer, and cozy movie nights during the winter.
