Meet Kate Heinlein
Kate Heinlein, hailing from the picturesque town of Gold Beach, Oregon, joined Whitman Partners in June 2024 with extensive leadership and operations management experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Oregon State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Eastern Washington University.
Prior to her role at Whitman Partners, Kate built a robust career path, including leadership roles at Target stores in Oregon and Washington and as Director of Operations at Willamette Dental Group, overseeing 14 clinics and driving operational excellence.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kate enjoys a variety of interests. Embracing her “soccer mom” era, she spends most Saturdays during the school year shuttling her kids to activities and providing snacks. She is a Peloton enthusiast, enjoying both bike and treadmill workouts. Kate’s love for audiobooks is evident, with favorite authors including Donna Tartt, Stephen King, Adam Grant, and Taylor Jenkins Reid.
