Justin is an accomplished perioperative leader with experience in ambulatory and acute settings specializing in operations management, staff development, and safe and efficient care delivery models. His many accomplishments include huge strides in process improvement, employee engagement, and strategic planning for an extensive healthcare system. He most recently served as the Manager for Cardiac Short Stay Unity with St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon.
He has over 19 years of perioperative experience and has served as Co-chair of the System Perioperative Value Analysis team and the Perioperative Domain Group Managing EPIC EHR.
