Whitman Partners congratulates John Poillucci who is the new Director of Surgical Services at the University of Massachusetts Memorial HealthAlliance, Clinton Hospital.
John has over 24 years of clinical experience, six of them in perioperative leadership roles. He is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army for nine years. His leadership style is hands-on, strong on visibility, collaboration, and team building. At the same time, he is a problem solver and likes to act when the situation calls. As someone with educator experience, the OR is truly his passion. He knows what it takes to improve efficiencies, stay within budget, decrease patient wait times, and improve patient satisfaction.
