Kathy Hillburn brings over 20 years of leadership experience in perioperative services and healthcare administration. Known for her strategic approach, she focuses on operational efficiency, patient safety, and fostering collaborative team leadership.
Kathy has held key roles at top healthcare facilities, including Director of Surgery Services at Hillcrest Hospital South and Chief Nurse Executive at Claremore Indian Hospital. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven improvements in patient care, operational performance, and team development. Her expertise includes enhancing surgical services efficiency, reducing inventory costs, and preparing teams for regulatory readiness, including Joint Commission accreditation.
Kathy holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive. Her hands-on leadership across various healthcare settings uniquely qualifies her to lead the perioperative team at Ascension St. John Medical Center.
