Whitman Partners offers interim coverage in support of Directors of Surgical Services
As you know, Whitman Partners specializes in placing Directors of Surgical Services in permanent and interim positions across the country. In our many conversations with Directors of Surgical Services, one of the most frequent requests we receive is a plea to find qualified OR Educators, SPD Managers, CRNA, and OR Managers on an interim basis. These positions round out a strong OR and help Directors of Surgical Services develop their department to
optimum efficiency, effectiveness, and patient safety.
In response, Whitman Partners is introducing an expanded interim program—designed to support Directors of Surgical Services by providing these four crucial interim leadership roles that report up to the director level.
