Natasha brings a wealth of experience in transformational change management, leadership development, and clinical excellence. With an impressive academic background, Natasha holds an MSN in Nursing Administration from Urbana University, where she graduated with a GPA of 3.93, and a BSN from Ohio University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

In her previous role as Director of Surgical and Cardiology Services at Wilson Health, Natasha successfully led multiple departments, focusing on quality, engagement, efficiency, and budget. She is recognized for increasing quality metrics, enhancing surgeon and employee engagement, and driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Natasha’s leadership journey includes impactful roles such as Nurse Manager of Surgical Services and Endoscopy Nurse Manager at Premier Health Partners. She has a proven track record of managing large teams, overseeing high-volume operations, and leading critical projects like the construction of new Endovascular and CVOR suites.

Her dedication to clinical excellence is evident through her numerous honors and affiliations, including the Emerging Leader of the Year award at the OR Manager Conference and the Leadership Trendsetter Award. Natasha is also a member of AORN and the American Red Cross Association, showcasing her commitment to professional development and community service.
