Lisa Saenz has almost 30 years of clinical experience. She is committed to successfully and efficiently allocating resources while remaining mindful of costs. She is adept at collaborating with management teams to initiate positive changes and optimize processes, standards, and workflows. Previously, she was the director of surgical services at Baptist Medical Center, responsible for 24/7 coverage of PAT, PreOp, PACU, Endo, and Patient Holding.
