Congratulations to Stephanie Pelan who is the new placement at Faith Regional Medical Center – Norfolk, Nebraska as their new Director of Perioperative Services.
Stephanie Pelan has many years of perioperative leadership experience. Organized and goal-oriented, she supports the department’s needs while promoting professional development and facilitating the best evidence-based patient care. Previously, she was the Assistant Director of Surgical Services at Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus, Nebraska. Her achievements include being a Pathways to Excellence Champion, TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, and cross-training in the PACU.
