New Placement – Jennifer Bechtel, MHA, BSN, CNOR – Operating Room Director
Congratulations to Jennifer Bechtel, MHA, BSN, CNOR who is the new placement at FirstHealth Moor Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, North Carolina as their new Operating Room Director.
Jennifer Bechtel has almost 30 years of perioperative leadership, including SICU, PACU, and ambulatory surgery. Previously, she was the director of perioperative services at Texas Health Southwest in Fort Worth, TX. She oversaw six departments, 500+ procedures monthly, and 110 FTEs there. Direct reports included the pre-op/PACU manager, two OR supervisors, the SPD supervisor, and four GI lab nurses. She has extensive experience with expansions and renovations of new surgical units, ORs, post-anesthesia care, ambulatory, and outpatient cystoscopy clinics. Bechtel is versed in Six Sigma Principles and financial management of perioperative budgets.
