New Placement – Taylor Rodehorst, BSN, RN – Manager of Surgical Services
Congratulations to Taylor Rodehorst who is the new placement at Faith Regional Medical Center – Norfolk, Nebraska as their new Manager of Surgical Services.
Taylor Rodehorst is a motivated self-starter in the perioperative management space. Previously, she was the service line coordinator at Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus, NE. She honed her skills at harmonizing collaboration among surgeons, anesthesia, staff, and ancillary departments. Rodehorst also promoted a positive culture, initiating an incivility and bullying project in 2019. She is a Pathways to Excellence Champion, a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, and a DAISY Award Facilitator.
