Congratulations to Amy Troy who is the new placement at Duke Ambulatory Surgery Center – Arrington, as the Nurse Manager, Operations.
Amy Troy has many years of perioperative leadership in both ASC and Hospital environments. She has a proven ability to change, adapt, broaden, and develop organizational effectiveness. Her specializations include workflow design, project management, regulatory and quality assurance processes, staff recruitment, staff development, and team building. In her previous position as Director of Nursing at the Surgery Center of Greensboro, oversight included ENT, Urology, Plastics, and GYN.
