We feel that our readers would appreciate insights from three different people who will read your resume: Your boss (the CNO), your headhunter (us and our competitors), and talent acquisition staff from within the hospital. You work hard to manage your career as a Director of Surgical Services, but perhaps nothing is as perfect a representation of that work as your resume.
