Michelle Kilbourne has a proven track record of success in ambulatory, clinic, and acute patient care. She is committed to fostering a supportive environment, ensuring employee retention, and executing best healthcare practices. Her skills include knowledge of AAAHC, experience planning for opening new outpatient surgery centers, and clinic triage and outpatient experience. Previously, she conducted case management with Legacy Medical Group, where she developed individualized care plans, coordinated and facilitated care, and collaborated with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
