New Placement – Janelle Proffett, RN, BSN- Director of Nursing
Congratulations to Janelle Proffett, who is the new placement at Washington Outpatient Surgery Center in Fremont, California as their new Director of Nursing.
In her previous position, Janelle Proffett was the CEO of Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center in Tigard, OR. Prior to that, she was the core charge nurse at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. Janelle continually reviews regulatory standards to ensure that all units meet those standards, sets annual Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement goals for each department, and encourages a healthy work environment by being present and available to staff. Her goal is to give patients and their families quality, comprehensive, safe, evidence-based care.
