Congratulations to Kim Stefan, MSN, MA, BS, RN, CNOR who is the new placement at Porter Adventist Hospital, Denver, Colorado as their new Director of Surgical Services.
Kim Stefan has over 20 years of progressive perioperative leadership. She is skilled in conflict resolution, EPIC electronic medical records, and employee/physician engagement. Previously, Stefan was the administrative director for St. Louis University Hospital. She managed the OR, pre/post unit, 16-bed short-stay unit, cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, endoscopy, PACU, pre-admission testing, sterile processing, CRNA and CAA team, and the off-site outpatient surgery center.
