Theresa Johnson brings two decades of experience in perioperative nursing. Her focus is driving departmental advancement in employee engagement, patient safety, and satisfaction, all within fiscal responsibility. She demonstrates motivation and creativity to realize innovative problem-solving while maintaining a commitment to patient safety and industry standards. In her previous role at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, she oversaw the day-to-day operations of nursing staff and SPD, including pre-operative, PACU, and supply chain.
